MSG and recruiting teams are screening Marines for special duty

The Marine Corps Embassy Security Group and the Recruiting and Screening Teams are scheduled to conduct screenings at the South Mesa Chapel here Dec. 5 starting at 8 a.m.

MCESG and RAST will provide an informational brief then screen potential applicants for Marine Security Guard and recruiting duty.

The uniform for Marines being screened is the Service "C" uniform.

Marines who are interested in volunteering for MSG Duty are required to have in their possession a completed Phase I Commanding Officer' s MSG screening checklist, to include the financial worksheet, a security letter from a security manager showing an adjudicated security clearance or an adjudication summary showing determined eligibility for a Secret clearance, BIR, BTR, and Record of Service .
